GUIs in time...

GUIs (Graphical User Interface) have been around since '70s. It's merely impossible for you to have been trying all these GUIs. So you want to have a glimpse of them, and here are two dedicated sites:

uberGeek

Geeks are everyware, and that's a good thing :). But these geeks are funny.

Shiny-Shiny - a girl's guide to gadgets

Shiny-Shiny is a cool site about gizmos, but girly gizmos! It's easier to respond to "What women want?" after you've red this site.

Gizmag - all about gizmos

Gizmag is a site dedicated to all the latest and coolest gizmos. Lots of interesting stuff.

StarWars X-wing from metro tickets?

There is this guy Hubert de Lartigue that will show you how (in many complicated steps :) ) to create a X-wing from a French metro ticket. Impressive.

Sockoff - wallpapers

Sockoff is a place where artists meet. Also you can find few excellent free wallpapers. Also featured are links to the picture's author - giving you the possibility to find more such pictures.

Leo Burnett

Leo Burnett Ad Agency's site is simply amazing. Check it out

Chipworks

Some of the chips have artwork along usual circuitry. Chipworks discovered them and presented them in nice galleries. Eg: Game-Cube's video processor (Flipper) has a dolphin on it, AMD Athlon has a Texas icon and a pistol shooting a bullet... Got interested?
